  • With next day delivery just make sure you call us by 2 pm the day before.
  • To take advantage of our free delivery and collection service for rentals all you need to do is book 6 weeks at the start and retain your rental for the duration of the rental period; it could not be simpler.
  • All 6 week rentals come with standard delivery with estimated arrival times of between 9 am to 7 pm.
  • If you decide you would rather buy your knee scooter the price includes free delivery.

  • Express Saver – Delivery scheduled by midday – Mon - Fri
  • Express – Delivery scheduled by 10.30 am – Mon - Fri
  • Saturday Express – Delivery scheduled by 2 pm

Delivery
  • Unless otherwise stated a signature will be required.
  • Please retain all the packaging and relevant paperwork as you will need it when you return it at the end of the rental.
Collection

When you are finished give us a call on 01823 216202 and we will book your collection for you. Remember to call 24 hrs before your rental end date.

Options
  • You can take the package to the local drop off centre. We can tell you where that is, or you can look it up online.
  • Request to have it collected from an alternative address.
