At StrideOn, we’re here to ensure you have the support you need with our knee walkers, while keeping you updated on our Christmas opening hours and delivery information.
Christmas Opening Hours
Over the Christmas and New Year period, we’ll be making sure you have access to the equipment and support you need. While our team will take a well-deserved break on the key holidays, we’re here for you the rest of the time.
- Closed:
- Christmas Day – Monday, 25th December
- Boxing Day – Tuesday, 26th December
- New Year’s Day – Monday, 1st January
- Open: All other days, we’re here to take your calls, process orders, and arrange deliveries.
Need to speak to us about hiring a knee walker or checking delivery times? Our friendly team will be on the phone, ready to help you throughout the festive season. Whether you’re placing a new order, arranging a collection, or extending your hire, we’ll ensure everything runs smoothly.
Christmas Deliveries: Plan Ahead
While we’ll be working hard to process your orders as quickly as possible, we recommend placing any orders for knee walkers, accessories, or equipment well in advance to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.
Courier services can get busier during the festive season, and while we do our best to provide next-day delivery on orders placed before midday, please plan ahead to avoid any delays.
Top Tip: If you know you’ll need a knee walker over the holidays, consider placing your order a few days early to give yourself peace of mind.
Enjoy the Festivities with a Knee Walker
Being non-weight-bearing or recovering from a lower leg injury during Christmas doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the celebrations. With a StrideOn knee walker, you can still join in the fun, move about with ease, and enjoy the festive season with friends and family.
Here’s how a knee walker can help you make the most of Christmas:
- Stay Mobile at Gatherings
Whether it’s a family dinner, a visit to the Christmas market, or a festive get-together, a knee walker gives you the freedom to move comfortably and safely. No more struggling with crutches or feeling left out – glide through the festivities with confidence and at the same height as everyone else. - Keep Your Independence
A knee walker allows you to carry essentials, like a plate of mince pies or a hot cup of mulled wine, with the help of the handy basket attachment. It’s the perfect way to maintain your independence while staying active. - Get Outdoors for Winter Walks
Fresh air and family walks are a key part of the season for many. With our outdoor-friendly Orthomate knee walker, featuring pneumatic tyres, you can join in and enjoy a stroll through the park or along your favourite trail. - Decorating Made Easy
Need to hang a bauble or wrap a gift? A knee walker allows you to move easily from room to room, so you can still be part of the Christmas preparations.
Accessories for Extra Comfort
Make your knee walker even more festive-ready with our range of accessories:
- Cup Holder: Carry a hot drink or festive beverage without spills.
- Memory Foam Knee Pad: Add extra comfort for longer days on your feet.
- Cast Covers: Keep your cast or bandage dry and protected in winter weather.
